The undersigned Stefano Venuti, based in Viale Brambilla, 40, 27100 Pavia (hereinafter “Shomii”), as data controller, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/976 (hereinafter “GDPR”) , undertakes to protect and respect your privacy.
1. Object of the treatment
This information (together with other documents cited therein) describes the personal data (“Personal Data”) that Shomii collects from the website user and how they are treated.
Shomii collects personal information on visits to the website, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and contact forms, as well as other communication data and the resources the user accesses.
Collecting this personal information will make visiting the website easier in the future, as the Company will be able to suggest relevant content based on the location from which the site is accessed.

2. Purpose of the treatment
Personal data is collected and processed by Shomii in order to:

ensure that the content provided through the site is presented in the most effective way for the user based on their device;

The personal data collected can be transferred and processed in one or more countries within or outside the European Union.
